I ran into a small issue with my ticket link and ended up messaging support while I was eating a late lunch, not really expecting anything fast.

They got back to me in maybe an hour or so, which surprised me. It also felt like an actual person had read my message, not just fired off some generic copy-paste reply. The fix itself took a little longer, but they kept me in the loop, so I wasn’t just sitting there refreshing my inbox like a maniac.

I’m giving 4 stars because the first email was a bit confusing and I had to reread it twice. But overall, they were helpful, polite, and quick to respond

I bought digital tickets thinking they’d show up pretty much right away, but they didn’t appear until really close to the event. I kept refreshing my email and checking my account, getting more stressed by the hour because I wasn’t sure if I’d even be able to get in. I also tried contacting support and got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. The access process was confusing and way more hassle than it should’ve been. I wouldn’t use this again

Buying the tickets was actually straightforward for the most part, but a couple of the pages felt a little slow and kind of confusing. I got it done in the end without too much hassle, though.

The ticket price itself seemed reasonable, and the buying process was smooth enough. But by the time the extra fees were added, it felt like way more than I expected...

I remember feeling a little unsure when I first bought the tickets, but looking back, everything went smoothly. The confirmation came through fast, and when we got to the gate, the tickets scanned without any issues. The site seemed secure enough from what I recall. It wasn’t a totally perfect experience, but based on how it went, I’d probably use it again.
